Only what a specific thing on the site needs to work.

• —Your phone number, if you sign in. That is the whole account — no password, no name, no email.
• —What you send in the booking form: your name, phone, the event, and anything else you type. Email is optional.
• —Your email, if you join the mailing list. Nothing else.
• —Plays and downloads. Which mix, when, and a scrambled version of your connection so the same person is not counted twice. The real address is never stored and cannot be worked back out.
• —Payment records, once tips and VIP go live: the amount, the reference and whether it went through.

Card numbers and MoMo PINs. Payments happen on Flutterwave’s own checkout page, not here. We get told an amount and a reference. Nothing else reaches this site.

Your data is not sold, rented, or handed to anyone for advertising. There are no ad trackers on this site.

One cookie, and only after you sign in. It keeps you signed in and does nothing else. Sign out and it is gone.

Where you stopped in a mix is saved by your own browser so a two-hour mix picks up where you left it. That never leaves your phone. Clear your browser data and it goes.

• —Flutterwave — processes payments. They handle the money side under their own privacy policy.
• —Our SMS and email providers — deliver your sign-in code and any email you asked for. They see the number or address, and only for that.
• —Cloudflare — sits in front of the site to keep it fast and to block attacks, so it sees traffic passing through.
• —YouTube — only if you press play on a video. Until then we show a picture and YouTube is not contacted at all.

• —Sign-in codes: five minutes, in memory. Used once, then destroyed.
• —Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
• —Booking enquiries: kept as business records so past work can be looked up.
• —Payment records: kept as long as Ugandan tax and financial rules require, even after an account is deleted. They are separated from your name and number first.
• —Backups: database copies for fourteen days, file copies for eight weeks.

Message +256742020610 and say what you want. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to fix something wrong, or ask us to delete your account. We reply within seven days.

Deleting removes your number and email. Payment records stay, but on an anonymous ID that no longer points at you — we are required to keep the financial side.

This site is not built for children under 13, and we do not knowingly hold their data. If a child’s number ended up here, message us and it goes.

The date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what we collect gets announced on the site before it takes effect.
